HOW DOES THE CLEAN BEAUTY BOX SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Each month we ship you a themed assortment of 2-4 full-size organic, natural and cruelty-free beauty products & makeup. Our mission is to provide luxury clean beauty products to help you transform your beauty ritual to one that it is meaningful, healthy and safe.

The monthly themes range from product categories (example: hair care), to seasons (example: winter skin care) or wellness (example: detox).

WHY 2-4 PRODUCTS?
We get that products tend to add up quickly and small samples get lost in the shuffle, we've found that 2-4 products is the perfect sweet spot that allows you to fully enjoy each product. Of these 2-4 products 2 will always be full size* This also allows us to truly focus on perfecting each month's assortment with the best clean beauty products out there. You won't find any drugstore brands or "filler products" in our boxes.

*On some occasions our boxes will feature 1 full-size product (in addition to smaller travel sizes) if the full-size product equals or exceeds the promised value of our boxes. If this is the case we promise the 1 full size product will be really good!

Instead of relying on free samples we work with the best of the best and pay for the products we provide you with. This allows us to have full control and choose only the products that we absolutely believe in.

We also love to include extra #cleanbeautybonuses in addition to full-size products! We loooove surprises!

IS SHIPPING FREE?
We offer free USPS First Class or Priority shipping (depending on weight) within the U.S. to the lower 48 states for Clean Beauty Boxes.

USPS Priority shipping is free for store orders over $50 within the U.S. to the lower 48 states.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $10 to cover the extra shipping costs.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are excited to announce that we now ship internationally! The cost is an additional $15 shipping cost + any taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. To find out what fees may apply, please contact your country’s customs office.

INGREDIENT POLICY
We adhere to a strict ingredient policy and do not feature products that contain any of the ingredients listed HERE. If you have allergies or concerns about a specific ingredient please email us at support@artoforganics.com. Once these are listed in our database we will be able to alert you about products coming up that contain these ingredients. We do not take returns or issue refunds on boxes so please make sure to email us about any issues at sign up. 

CAN I BUY JUST ONE CLEAN BEAUTY BOX?
One-time boxes are occasionally available if we have extra inventory after the month ends. Check out previous boxes for sale here.

The "Clean Beauty Box" subscription is part of an auto-renewing subscription as noted on each page of the checkout process. We are NOT responsible for refunding auto-renew charges if the purchaser is unaware that they are purchasing a subscription and does not cancel before their subscription renews on the 1st of the month.

CAN I SWITCH MY ACCOUNT TO THE NEW MULTIPLE MONTH BILLING (2, 6, or 12)?
Yes, you can switch your account at any time by emailing us at support@artoforganics.com.  Subscription billing cycles cannot be changed mid billing cycle. Your new billing cycle will go into effect at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

PLEASE NOTE: Placing an order for a different subscription type using the same account will NOT replace your current subscription. This will add an additional subscription to your account which will bill accordingly.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
The box you are signing up to start with will be noted on the sign up page.If we have inventory of the current month's box your 1st box will ship the following Tuesday or Thursday after ordering. The following month your account will process on the 1st of the month and your box will ship between the 1st and 5th of the month.

*Please note that if you sign up at the end of a month you may be charged for your 2nd box before you receive your 1st.   Example: You sign up on May 31st for the May box, your account will process for the June box on the June 1st before your May box ships.

If the current month is sold out and you sign up for the following month your first box will ship between the 1st-5th of the following month.

Existing subscriber's boxes will ship between the 1st-5th of the month.

Store orders will be processed and shipped the following Tuesday or Thursday after ordering. Store products and Clean Beauty Boxes may ship separately.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY BOX TO ARRIVE?
Domestic shipping should take 3-6 business days (Mon-Sat) via DHL/USPS. Canadian + international shipping may take up to 12-21 or more business days to arrive. 

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SHIPPING WINDOW?
We are not able to guarantee shipping though most domestic packages arrive in 3-7 business days. International packages usually arrive within 12-21, however we cannot guarantee any shipping timelines. International tracking is provided, however many carriers do not scan or provide tracking once it reaches the destination country. We are not responsible for lost or missing international packages.

Please Note: We are not responsible for carrier delays due to inclement weather or maintenance which are outside of our control.

WHAT IF MY BOX DOESN'T SHOW UP?
Please contact your local USPS office to find out if your box is being held before contacting us. Often times a box will be scanned as "delivered", but is actually at the post office or still en route. We are not able to contact your local post office on your behalf. Please contact the post office that corresponds with your shipping zip code and having your tracking information on hand so that they can best serve you.

If you believe your box has been stolen please file a legal report with your local post office.

Please contact us within 30 days of shipping if your box has not arrived. After this window we will not be able to assist you. 

ONE OF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED WAS DAMAGED
Please email support@artoforganics.com with a description and photo of the issue within 30 days of receiving. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation. Please note that we are unable to replace products without receiving a photo of the damage or after the 30 day window.

DO YOU ACCEPT ALL CARDS?
We accept all major credits including Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover cards.

IS TAX APPLIED TO MY ORDER?
Customers in California & Canada may be subjected to applicable sales taxes.


WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Your first box is charged at sign-up and future boxes are charged on the 1st. Boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of the month.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLEAN BEAUTY BOX SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your Clean Beauty Box subscription at anytime by sending us an email at support@artoforganics.com and including your full name.

If you cancel a 2, 6 or 12 month subscription and still have remaining months the boxes will still ship as scheduled. We do not apply refunds for 2, 6, or 12 month subscriptions.

We are always looking for ways to improve so if you can let us know why you are canceling your subscription we would appreciate the constructive feedback. 


Please Note: Cancellations must be requested prior to your account processing on the 1st of the month. We do not refund accounts that have processed.

WHEN I TRY TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT IT SAYS IT DOESN'T EXIST?
Have you created an account with us yet? Our system does not automatically create an account once you sign up for a subscription. Our email list is separate which is why it is possible to receive emails from us without actually having an account.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?
You can change your billing information or update your shipping information from within your customer login. All billing and shipping information must be updated before the 1st so that we can accommodate for the upcoming month's shipment. Any updates after that date cannot be guaranteed they will be reflected in the current month's shipment.

WILL I RECEIVE TOO MANY PRODUCTS?
We are very conscious of creating assortments that make sense for each season and in relation to the assortments that shipped before and will ship after. We rotate the types of products and themes for each month so you'll never receive similar products within a small time frame. Ex. If you receive hair care products 1 month we make sure not to include anything similar in upcoming boxes so that you have plenty of time to fully experience each product.

That being said if you find you have too much product you can always skip your delivery between billing cycles before the 1st of the month. You can place your account on hold for up to 2 months at a time.

CAN YOU HAVE THE DELIVERY PERSON LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT MY FRONT DOOR IF I'M NOT HOME?
This is usually left up to the person who is delivering your package. There’s no guaranteed way to make this happen, but it should help to put this type of instruction in the "Address 2" field of your shipping address.

RETURNS
We accept unopened returns for STORE purchases only within 30 days of your purchase date and will refund you in the form of store credit for the purchase amount minus the cost of shipping. Beauty tools and Clean Beauty Boxes cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Clean Beauty Boxes
  • Beauty Tools (cloths, sponges, dry brushes, jade rollers, rose quartz, ect)
  • Travel sized product or samples 
  • Gift Cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email support@artoforganics.com so that we can send you a return label and begin the return process.

The $7.95 cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you use your own shipping label please email support@artoforganics.com with your tracking number to let us know it's on the way. We suggest using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable if items are lost in transit back to us.

Refunds (if applicable)
Returns are eligible for store credit only. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to an Art of Organics gift card and sent to your email used at checkout.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded for credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@artoforganics.com.

Gifts
Gifted items are not elegible for return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please Note:

  • Clean Beauty Boxes cannot be returned.
  • Beauty tools (cloths, sponges, dry brushes, jade rollers, rose quartz, ect) cannot be returned.
  • Travel-sized items or samples cannot be returned.
  • Store returns are only accepted 30 days from the purchase date.

Once your return is received we will send confirmation and refund the amount as a gift card to use for your next purchase.

REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds for Clean Beauty Box subscriptions. If cancelling prior to the end of a 2, 6 or 12 month subscription the remaining boxes will ship as scheduled. We do not issue refunds for remaining months. We are not liable for allergies or ingredients concerns that have not be previously brought to our attention.
